Blenheim Centre, Hounslow

I would just like to say what a superb job Keith has done on his recent visits to The Blenheim Centre. He has sorted out many of the long standing issues and come up with a great solution to our new pay station alarm. He has a realistic yet positive approach and will always go that little bit extra to try and assist us in any way he can. I am especially pleased with the recent upgrade you all helped to finally resolve and in which Keith investigated and finally completed, it has made a huge difference to the amount of customers that we now deal with. So a special thanks to Keith for several jobs well done!
